How are you today? I’m hungry. I should have eaten breakfast! LOL. So last night was the first chilly autumn evening of the season and I decided that soup and sandwiches were in order. So I made pumpkin soup, which if you follow the blog, you know I adore! The sandwiches were rosemary steak dip. So good!

To make the Rosemary aioli use mayo. Garlic, rosemary, pinch of salt, a little Lemon juice. Serve the sandwiches with the hot au jus on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
